Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will oversee engineering work packages, drive collaboration, maintain compliance and safety, and ensure projects meet cost, quality, schedule and performance requirements.\nCore duties:\nLeadingengineering activities for current and future products, ensuring quality customer engagement and delivery\nPlanning, forecasting and allocating engineering resources, supporting capability growth and succession planning\nDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, collaborating closely with project controlsand delivery teams\nManagingproject budgets, engineering risks and mitigation activities to support successful outcomes\nBuilding strongrelationships with customers and stakeholders through reviews and ongoing collaboration\nContributing to bid activities by coordinating engineering inputs, estimates and technical reviews\nEssential skills:\nDegree, HNC or HND qualified, or equivalent engineering experience and expertise\nProvenengineering managementexperience leadingmultidisciplinary teams and complexwork packages\nStrongunderstanding of the engineering lifecycle, from concept through support\nAbility to deliver engineering outcomes to cost, quality and schedule requirements\nExperience managingstakeholders, customer requirements and cross-functional technical delivery\nEffective leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach\nThe Radar team:\nJoin us in shaping the Future of Radar Technology.
