Salary: Up to £65,000 dependent on skills & experience + bonus scheme

Role description:
You will leadthe delivery of complexengineering programmes and projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions, integrate technologies, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Working closely with customers, suppliers and partners, you will ensure projects meet cost, quality, schedule and contractual requirements while resolving technical challengesacross disciplines.
Core duties:
- Leadingmultidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complexprogrammes, projects and technical solutions
- Planning, managingand optimising engineering resources, capability development and team performance
- Overseeing solution development, integration and delivery, ensuring risks and opportunities are managed
- Collaborating with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to meet requirements and specifications
- Ensuring engineering activities comply with governance, policies, standards and regulatory requirements
- Driving continuous improvement, chair technical reviews, and approve project design and delivery outcomes
Essential skills:
- Recognised engineering subject matter expertwith strongtechnical breadth and depth with sound commercial awareness
- Provenability to leadteams and solve complexengineering challenges
- Experience developing innovative, practical solutions that meet customer requirements
- Strongstakeholder managementskills, building effective relationships across programmes and projects
- Degree qualified and or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related discipline and a commitment to working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
