Working closely with stakeholders, you will oversee day-to-day team activities, support project planning and execution, and ensure effective integration with wider engineering functions. The rolemay involve managingsmall projects, services, contracts or departments while maintaining technical accountability for team outputs. Applicantsshould demonstrate competence at Senior Engineer level and possess strongleadershipand organisational skills.\nCore duties:\nEnsure the day to day managementand performance/delivery for assigned projects, subcontracts, vendors and/or accounts\nPlans and supervises the work of a staff of lower level engineers to accomplish specific engineering projects\nDirects work assignments, scheduling, and reviews of work in progress\nHandles personnel actions including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and co-ordination of training and development\nReviews technical feasibility of proposed solutions to engineering problems\nPersonally helps solve particularly difficult technical problems\nEssential Skills:\nExperience leadingand influencing engineers within a technical environment, providing direction, coordination and support to deliver engineering objectives\nProvenexperience in an engineering managementor technical leadershiprole\nTechnical qualification in an engineering or STEM-related discipline\nCEng (or equivalent) or working towards Chartership\nThe Future Radar team:\nJoin us in shaping the Future of Radar Technology.
