The Project Manager may also be responsible for the management of strategic proposals. As PM, he/she is responsible for delivery of all contracts under their control to the agreed scope, time, cost and quality constraints. The Project Manager may also have departmental responsibility, and therefore will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the departmental IBP.\nJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES\nProject Management\n· Ensure compliance with the ISE BMM/BMS/Gated Review Framework.\nManagement of large, strategic projects or programmes\n· Work closely with senior customer and suppliers representatives to maintain/build a good working relationship to manage large, strategic projects or programmes.\n· Negotiation with senior customers and supplier representatives.\n· Coordinating project/programme reporting via CSR to the business\nLead and motivate the Project Team\nManage risks at a programme level\n· Ensure changes in project scope are handled appropriately\nFunctional Knowledge\nHolding an advance Project Management qualification (APMQ, Prince etc.)\nIn depth understanding and experience of the whole project lifecycle\nProject estimating\nSignificant experience of Risk and Opportunity Management at a programme level\nSignificant experience of Cost and Budget Management at a programme level\nSignificant experience of Resource Management at a programme/departmental level\nChange control processes and management\nTeam Leading of multiple projects\nIn depth understanding of supply chain management\nIn depth understanding of project commercial activities\nProblem Solving:\nProject planning and scope definition\nSolution of complex project problems\nNegotiation of programme scope with senior customer or supplier representatives\nAbility to assess risks at a programme level and assess risk mitigation or contingency plans\nAbility to resolve project issues, either directly or through appropriate escalation channels\nBusiness Expertise:\nIn-depth knowledge of ISE business processes and functions\nIn depth knowledge of ISE market, especially contractual relationships with RSAF/SANG etc.\nExperience of building strategic relationships with customers and suppliers\nDevelopment and maintenance of IBP and business planning concepts\nPeople Management:\nParticipate in the identification and recruitment of key talent\nManage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with the policies and procedures\nSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and regular feedback on performance\nPromote a high-performance working environment and ISE’s values.\nRECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION\nExperience in IT Services, or IT Solutions in a managerial role\nProven ability to design, and manage the implementation of software architecture\nProven ability to manage projects\nAdvanced knowledge in a project scheduling tool e.g. MS Project\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university.\nEXPATRIATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS\nIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary, rent free accommodation and access to free recreation facilities, all available within Company secured accommodation.
