You will oversee both Hard and Soft FM disciplines, monitor supplier performance, managebudgets and forecasting, support property and estate strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with governance, compliance and SHEteams, you will help ensure safe, compliant and efficient site operations. This role involves regular travel between sites across the region, therefore a full UK driving licence is required.\nCore duties:\nManagingthe outsourced Facilities Managementprovider (IFM), as the responsible person for BAE Systems managingthe sites within the portfolio\nActing as the main contact between the business and FM supplier\nOverseeing delivery of hard and soft FM services\nManaginga property portfolio\nMonitoring supplier performance and driving improvements\nManagingbudgets and financial forecasting\nSupporting property and estate strategy\nProducing and delivering managementinformation and review packs\nWorking with governance, compliance and SHEteams\nIdentifying cost savings, energy initiativesand service improvements\nEssential Skills:\nExperience within Facilities Management, with a good understanding of both Hard and Soft FM disciplines\nProvenexperience managingoutsourced service providers and supply chains, including performance managementand service improvement\nExperience of budget managementand financial forecasting\nIOSH qualified (or equivalent) with a sound understanding of QSHE requirements and compliance\nAwareness of Energy and Utilities management\nAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business and supplier network\nThe FacilitiesManagementTeam:\nYou will be joining a team who support many multi-operational sites, made up of a combination of manufacturing and office facilities, with both aged and new infrastructure, this role will allow you to be part of innovative and creative solutions, driving performance and supporting business growth.\nShared Services FM are responsible for supporting safe, sustainable & high-performing workplaces, enabling our businesses operational delivery and providing our employees with an environment which supports their requirements.\nThrough exposure to the BAE Systems businesses and the facilities they operate in, you will have a direct influence in the drive toward Carbon Net Zero, whilst also modernising facilities to ensure they are efficient and effective.\nFocusing primarily on stakeholder relationships and supplier managementthe FM Regional Managementrole is a collaborative one which provides professional Facilities Managementoversight, while ensuring that the sites condition and operation is aligned with the business strategies.\nWhy BAE Systems?\nHere you’ll build a career with purpose and limitless possibilities.
