Meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements and contractual agreements\nJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES\nPeople Management:\nParticipate in the identification and recruitment of key talent\nLead, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with the policies and procedures\nSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and regular feedback on performance\nPromote a high-performance working environment and ISE’s values.\nTechnical:\nInvolved with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.\nInterface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.\nPerform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.\nMonitor the network and report network failures or degradations to more senior team members and the direct manager.\nRun proof of concept deployment and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.\nFollow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards.\nWork on maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.\nAdministrative:\nActively collaborate with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day-to-day operations.\nProactively and effectively communicate status, plan-of-action and resolution of reported issues.\nConsistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with quality support experience.\nEffectively manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.\nProvides assistance and guidance to junior team members.\nDocumentation:\nMaintain ISE’s operational documentation up to date\nGenerating technical documentation and guide manuals\nEXPATRIATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS\nIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary, rent free accommodation and access to free recreation facilities, all available within Company secured accommodation.
