Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you will contribute to process improvement strategies, governance activities and compliance programmes that enable procurement teams to operate efficiently whilst meeting UK, US and EU regulatory requirements. The roleoffers you considerable opportunities for professional growth while contributing to the development of smarter, more effective ways of working that support business performance and long-term success.\nCore duties:\nAct as a key point of contact for procurement governance activities, providing guidance and support across the Procurement function\nMaintain and coordinate risk-based assurance programmes, supporting internal reviews and external audit activities\nConduct process assurance assessments, identify compliance gaps and support timely resolution of improvement actions\nPromote process simplification and continuous improvement opportunities, helping enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance requirements\nOversee procurement governance documentation and SharePoint resources, ensuring accurate records, access controlsand document retention practices are maintained\nEssential Skills:\nDemonstrable experience conducting internal assurance reviews, compliance assessments and supporting external audit activities\nGood understanding of governance frameworks, process controls, audit values and compliance requirements within a corporate environment\nExperience reviewing data, identifying trends and producing reports with clear, actionable recommendations\nAbility to oversee multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, adapting effectively to changing business needs\nConsiderable stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and supporting awareness initiativesacross diverse teams\nThe Air Procurement Governance Team:\nSupporting the protection of critical programmes, technologies and supplier networks, this team helps strengthen the security and resilience of a highly detailed global supply chain.
