This is an exciting opportunity to influence technical direction, solve complexengineering challenges, and play a key role in a long-term programme alongside a highly skilled and supportive team.\nCore duties:\nDefine and communicate the INTeACT product vision, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, business objectivesand long-term roadmap.\nOwnand prioritise the product backlog, creating and managingEpics, Features and User Stories to guide software development activities.\nProvide oversight of agile delivery, participating in Scrum events, reviewing sprint progress and accepting completed work against agreed requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to set product priorities, support design reviews and drive the successful delivery of mission system capabilities.\nEssential skills:\nExtensive software engineering experience gained within complexenvironments, with a good understanding of software-intensive and systems-based solutions.\nStrongknowledge of software engineering processes, methodologies and lifecycle practices, including Agile and DevSecOps, with the ability to make sound technical decisionsand resolve complexengineering challenges.\nProvenexperience leadingthe design and development of complexsoftware products or systems, balancing technical, cost, schedule and quality requirements while influencing stakeholders and mentoring others.\nQualified to HND/degree level in a STEM related discipline.
