The rolehas responsibility for producing platform level clearance documentation (including Certificates of Design), managingrequirements and compliance, and ensuring a robust and auditable route to clearance is established and maintained.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on a product that is continually changing and highly visible within the business and as such requires a dynamic individual.\nCore duties:\nOwnand coordinate aircraft / platform level clearance activities, including the planning, collation, verification and delivery of clearance documentation (e.g. Certificates of Design and associated artefacts) as a key input to the overall system clearance process\nCoordinate, manageand controlnon compliances, including the identification, assessment, documentation and tracking of non compliant conditions and any resultant limitations required to maintain a safe route to clearance\nSupport the co-ordination and Integration of System Clearances into a coherent platform level clearance position\nDefine, capture and managetechnical requirements in collaboration with the customer and internal stakeholders\nInterface with engineering teams, project managementand the customer\nAssure technical compliance of Systems’ Statements of Design\nAct as database administration, creating DOORS accounts for users across Falconworks adhering to the Security requirements of each project\nEssential Skills:\nAn Engineering background with appropriate qualifications in a relevant STEM subjects\nA good depth of understanding of Systems Engineering principals, including requirements managementand verification\nProvenability to learn new skills and tools quickly\nGood knowledge of Excel and DOORS toolsets\nThe Falconworks Requirement Qualification & Certification (RQ&C) team:\nThe Falconworks Requirement Qualification & Certification (RQ&C) team is responsible for the Weapons System level qualification and certification of integrated systems and the delivery of safe, compliant products to the customer.\nWhy BAE Systems?\nHere you’ll build a career with purpose and limitless possibilities.
