As such the roleoffers an exciting opportunity to collaborate internationally and gain valuable learning from a culturally diverse team.\nCore duties:\nRequirements Analysisto support the System Design activities\nDevelopment of Design Packages for various parts of the system\nLiaising and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts in various areas of the business\nTechnical coherence of Architectures across different levels of System Design\nRefining and enforcing quality standards on the model output\nTask managementof selected activities and their coherency across FCAS Programme, wider BAE Systems business and international partners\nDeveloping relationships with other team members & external stakeholders\nSupporting a culture of continuous improvement\nSupporting the development of Engineering priorities to ensure overall programme aims are achieved\nEssential Skills:\nA degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience. This mustinclude a relevant engineering experience across a broad engineering lifecycle\nExperience of engineering processes, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nExperience and/or Knowledge of System Design, SysML, Mission Systems and Flight systems\nExperience of resolving engineering conflicts between disciplines, systems and capabilities\nSystem Engineering, Engineering Integration & Governance (SEEIG) Team\nFCAS AP and GCAP is a strategically important programme that delivers the concepting, design, development, build and flight test of the next generation air system planned to enter service in 2035. The programme is currently transitioning from the concept phase to the system definition phase.
