This includes developing key components such as ground equipment, publications, and other support deliverables, as well as specifying and designing each element. You will work closely with customers to provide effective ongoing support and act as a key interface between the product and the customer, using your system knowledge to ensure optimal performance and meet customer needs.\nCore duties:\nCapture and prioritise through-life support requirements\nSupport TLS concept definition and maturity with architects\nLead& manageTLS teams to deliver compliant outputs\nApply consistent engineering standards across organisations\nManagesystem integration and resolve conflicts\nCapture and escalate DAREO items\nCoordinate Technical and Gate Review inputs\nEssential Skills:\nDegree in a relevant STEM field (or equivalent experience), such as Engineering, Physics, Maths, Science, or IT\nPrevious experience leadinga team, preferably in a customer support environment\nUnderstanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, verification, validation, and testing\nExperience applying engineering lifecycle frameworks for military air platform development and support (e.g. ASEL, MoD CAMID)\nExperience contributing to design, technical, or engineering maturity reviews\nThe Through Life Engineering Team:\nWe work across GCAP and Typhoon in a multi-customer, international environment.
