You will work closely with the Business Engagement Leadsand fellow SharePoint Engineers and foster strongrelationships between the EIT SharePoint Product team and its stakeholders.\nCore duties:\nWorking with the Squad Leads, Business Engagement Leadsand Stakeholders to translate demands / requirements into work packages that can then be delivered within agreed time and cost whilst maintaining agile principles\nEngaging in a wide array of exciting and intricate activities across diverse settings. It delves into the investigation, definition, and resolution of complexissues, making a tangible impact\nInfluencing customers, whilst participating in activities relating to ownarea of expertise\nMaking decisionswhich influence the success of projects and team objectives\nCollaborating regularly with team members, users and customers whilst engaging to ensure that user needs are being met throughout\nPlanning, scheduling and monitoring work to meet time and quality targets\nEssential Skills:\nExperience working with multiple versions of SharePoint\nExperience in a similar role or environment\nBest practice application managementin line with ITIL Processes\nExperience of using 3rd party tools such as, but not limited to, Sharegate\nThe SharePoint Team:\nThe SharePoint team manages all UK enterprise SharePoint environments. We work closely with functions, programmes and projects to assist them with all aspects of SharePoint collaboration. This collaboration helps streamline processes and improve access to important information.
