Working closely with the Scheme Secretary, Trustees, advisers and service providers, you will support a range of governance activities and help ensure the effective operation of Trustee Boards and committees. This is a varied role that offers exposure to a broad range of pensions and governance activities.\nCore duties:\nCoordinate and facilitate Trustee Board, Sub-Committee and Joint Working Group meetings, including logistics, meeting documentation and stakeholder liaison\nPrepare, compile and distribute Trustee meeting papers and governance documentation\nAttend Trustee meetings, produce high-quality minutes and managethe review and approval process\nMonitor, track and report on governance actions to ensure timely completion\nMaintain Trustee governance records, including training plans and logs, and coordinate training with external providers as required\nEssential Skills:\nKnowledge of UK occupational pension schemes and pension scheme governance, with experience within a pensions environment\nExperience in minute-taking and governance administration within a regulated environment\nAbility to build effective working relationships and engage confidently with a range of stakeholders\nThe Trustee & Member Services Team:\nYou will join our Trustee & Member Services team, reporting to the Scheme Secretary and working alongside colleagues across the pensions function, Trustees, advisers and service providers. The team supports the governance of pension arrangements and the effective operation of Trustee Boards and committees.
