Working as part of a highly visible team, you’ll help assess, transform and migrate business-critical data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and readiness for deployment into target systems.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical teams to understand data structures, resolve data issues and support successful migration delivery across multiple project phases.\nCore duties:\nAssess source data and document source-to-target mappings to support migration planning and validation\nPerform data cleansing and transformation activities to prepare high-quality datasets for migration\nDevelop and execute migration scripts, ETL processes and repeatable workflows across multiple migration cycles\nWork collaboratively with business SMEs and technical teams to define and documenting migration rules and resolve data issues\nCarryout data validation, reconciliation and defect analysisto support accurate data transfer\nSupport cutover activity, post-migration verification and issue resolution during deployment phases\nEssential Skills:\nExperience supporting or delivering data migration activity\nStakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams\nExperience analysing, validating and transforming data sets\nAbility to managecomplexdata issues and support problem resolution activities\nThe team:\nThe team supports critical ERP transformation activity across the business, delivering data migration solutions that underpin operational and enterprise systems.
