The role includes producing drawings, circuit designs, and technical documentation to capture hardware design requirements, support repeatable testing, and resolve any technical issues identified during design or testing activities. You will also support the creation of Procurement Specifications for the purchase of third-party equipment and components. A key part of the role will involve carrying out equipment testing and assurance activities to verify that designs meet their specified requirements. In addition, you will support the installation of hardware at land-based sites and onboard ships, assist with EMC, shock, and vibration trials, provide technical support for equipment in service, and contribute technical expertise to new bids and project activities.\nThe Naval Ships Team\nWe design and build offshore patrol vessels, giant aircraft carrier and provide complex warships including the Type 26 Frigate to the Royal Navy, giving the customer capability to fulfil operations around the world.\nWhy BAE Systems\nHere you’ll build a career with purpose and limitless possibilities.
