Including the presentation of material supplied to\nmaintenance in appropriate formats and timescales. The management of calibrated\nitems through the timely return to industry and return serviceable of assets\nensuring tesing/tooling capability is not compromised.\n\nLeadand manage the development and deployment of a robust and cost effective demand\nvalidation process, ensuring that the correct specification of items are\nsourced through the correct channels\n\nLeadand manage the development and deployment of an effective priority management\nprocess to meet customer/contract critical demand. Ensure that all available\noptions for demand resolution are exhausted within the fastest means possible,\nwhilst ensuring compliance. To improve item availability, manage the\ndevelopment and implementation of cost effective alternative solutions, by\nchallenging and informing stakeholders based on historical performance data and\ncurrent issues.\n\nLeadand manage the development and delivery of an effective reporting/metrication\ncapability in order to articulate and manage Demand Management performance.\nEnsure trends are captured to inform risk/opportunity management and planning\nactivity. Ensure escalated issues are assessed, effective solutions generated\nand monitored, or sponsor escalation to management, as appropriate.\n\nMentoring the QEAFstaff in the repair activities as they join the MOB Organisation from the QTI.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nPerformance indicators - Ensure the effective management of Demand Management activities\nby setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance\nimprovement programmes. Prioritises activities within/across teams to maximise\nefficiency. Represents the Demand Management Manager at manager reviews, where\nnecessary. Responsible for the assessment of escalated issues for any impact on\nContinuing Airworthiness, operational/process performance and generating\neffective resolution, or sponsoring escalation to management, as appropriate.\n\n Completionof activities - Ensure all Demand Management activities are\nappropriately documented and the appropriate airworthiness records are\nmaintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Ensure all Demand Management\nactivities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised\npersonnel. Ensure the integration of Demand Management activity within the\nbusiness, including the engagement of key stakeholders at all stages of the\nprocess. Provide support and guidance to the team(s).\n\n Procedure/standards - Manage the Demand Management team(s) compliance with the MAI CAME, itsassociated procedures and standards, and any other AM&S or company\nprocedures and standards, as applicable. Identify, propose and implement change\nas required whilst ensuring compliance.\n\nSafetyManagement System - Promote the application of\nHuman Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within\nthe Demand Management team, together with an awareness of preventative and\npredictive practices.\n\n ManagementSystem Assurance -\nEnsure Demand Management team(s) activities are compliant with the AM&S\nGovernance and Assurance framework. Ensure Process Confirmations and independent assurance audits are\nsupported by Demand Management personnel and integrated within/across teams.\nManage audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide\ninformation into the relevant reviews. Generate and implement effective\nimprovements within/across teams to overcome any non-compliance and monitor\neffectiveness.\n\nStatutory/ Regulatory & Legislative requirements - Able to demonstrate an understanding and application of the relevant\nContinuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework, and ensure any Regulatory-driven\nchanges are implemented within the Demand Management team activities. Ensure\ncompliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR, EaPW, ISO, etc.\n\n ContractualRequirements -\nEnsure compliance with all applicable contractual requirements, e.g. through\nsupport to contract reviews, and ensure any changes are incorporated into the\nDemand Management processes as appropriate.\n\nRequirements\nRegulatory Framework understanding and the ability to drive thisframework structure within the Demand Management processes and activities.\n\nAble to build strong relationships with Customers, Part 145Organisation(s), Order Book Management, OEMs, Suppliers and other key\nstakeholders.\n\nDemonstrate a sound understanding of the platform contract(s).\nDemonstrate a thorough operational and commercial understanding of thefleet’s performance and business key performance metrics.\n\nAble to encourage/champion a Continuous Improvement culture, anddevelop/enhance the underpinning management reporting systems.\n\nAble to manage the implementation of an efficient and cost effectiveDemand Management strategy.\n\nDemonstrate an understanding of discipline dependencies andinterdependencies with Demand Management.\n\nProvide direction and advice to the Demand Management team(s) on demandrelated issues, addressing individual aircraft/components and fleet-wide\nissues.\n\nAble to manage the competency within/across Demand Management team(s).\nMust understand constraints and lead times associated with ML2/ML4activity and the importance of prioritisation.Working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure as much up front\nplanning is done in a proactive manner to avoid any unnecessary priority\ndemands.\n\nRequires excellent analysis and planning skills along with excellentrelationship building and problem solving skills, able to use appropriate IT\nsystems.\n\nRecent extensive experience within a Supply Chain Demand Management rolein support of Maintenance /after sales market environments.\n\nRecent proven experience as a Team
