acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nLead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure including test and commissioning.\nManage multiple cybersecurity solutions for delivery in alignment with project requirements.\nTrack project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team.\nEnsure the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.\nCybersecurity Leadership\nDrive implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including:\nSecurity Incident and Event Management (SIEM) Solution\nPrivilege Access Management (PAM) Solution\nEndpoint Security (XDR) solution\nWeb Security Gateway (Proxy)\nEmail Security Gateway (SEG)\nOT/IoT Intrusion Detection System\nNetwork Access Control (NAC) Solution (OT, IoT and IT Compatible)\nNetwork Detection and Response (NDR) Solution\nCentralized Network Monitoring Solution\nIT and OT Patch Management Solution\nDeception Technology\nVulnerability Management Solution\nSecurity Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) Platform and Threat Intelligence\nSandboxing Solution\nSecure Configuration Management & File Integrity Monitoring\nTicketing and Asset Management Solution\nSingle Unified Platform for Integrated cybersecurity concepts into business-friendly language for senior management.\nRisk, Compliance & Governance\nIdentify, assess, and manage project-related cybersecurity risks.\nEnsure cybersecurity solutions are align with regulatory and compliance requirements\nSupport audit activities and remediation programs.\nVendor & Resource Management\nManage third-party security vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.\nMonitor vendor performance, contract deliverables, and project outcomes.\nCoordinate internal and external project resources effectively.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nMaster’s degree (Good to have).\nCertification\nPMP (Project Management Professional)\nCISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.\n5+ years of experience in project management for cybersecurity projects.\nExperience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in large scale cybersecurity projects.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nCybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NCSA, QCF 2022 and IEC 62443\nNetwork security architectures\nCloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)\nSecurity operations and incident response\nIdentity and Access Management solutions\nVulnerability management platforms\nThreat detection and monitoring technologies\nSecurity compliance and regulatory requirements\nProject Management Expertise\nExpert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.\nOther\nExperienced
