This role leads internal\ntesters and external vendors to ensure integrated systems are delivered on\ntime, meet quality standards, and comply with technical and regulatory\nrequirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest\n& Commissioning Management\nDevelop and execute test and commissioning strategies for smart city applications, platforms, and site\nhardware.\n\nPlan system integration testing(SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT).\n\nDefine test plans, test cases,procedures, and acceptance criteria.\n\nEnsure end-to-end validation ofsoftware, hardware, network, and IoT integrations.\n\nTeam\n& Vendor Leadership\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and commissioning engineers.\n\nCoordinate and supervisethird-party vendors and system integrators.\n\nAssign tasks, track progress,and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.\n\nAct as the primary point ofcontact for testing and commissioning across stakeholders.\n\nSmart\nCity Software & Hardware Testing\nOversee testing of smart city applications such as Building Management System, Traffic management, Surveillance,\nLighting, Utilities, Parking, command & control platforms, and\nanalytics dashboards.\n\nManage commissioning of sitehardware including sensors, cameras, controllers, communication devices,\nand edge equipment.\n\nEnsure seamless integrationbetween field devices, backend systems, and cloud platforms.\n\nQuality,\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify defects, risks, and non-conformities;
