Full Stack Developer

This role is more than just coding. As a full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the currentarchitecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Work with us as we shape systems for the better. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experiencedesigning, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
- 5+ years of experiencewith full-stack development using modern frameworks and languages such as .NET, React, Java, C#, or Rust
- Experiencewith SQL databases and NoSQL technologies
- Experienceworking in an Agile Scrum team
- Ability towork across both front-end and back-end development, including user interfaces, middleware, services, and APIs, to deliver complete solutions
- Ability toobtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experiencewith front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experienceusing AI-driven software development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code, to enhance productivity and code quality
- Experiencecreating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
- Experiencewith Postgres
- Ability toacquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
- Ability towork with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
