You'll work across a diverse portfolio of towers, masts and associated assets, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest engineering standards.\n\nWorking closely with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders, you'll manage structural inspection and improvement programs, develop maintenance strategies and provide technical expertise that ensures the ongoing reliability and integrity of critical communications infrastructure. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduce conceptual and detailed structural designs for broadcast and telecommunications infrastructure projects. \nDevelop and maintain project delivery plans, documentation, reporting and technical records. \nAssess structural assets and determine maintenance, refurbishment, strengthening and upgrade requirements. \nReview structural inspection, maintenance completion, mast tensioning and alignment reports. \nPrepare scopes of work, specifications and request-for-proposal documentation for structural projects. \nManage structural inspection and improvement programs, including scheduling, outages and site access requirements. \nAct as the escalation point for project and technical issues, driving effective outcomes and risk mitigation. \nLiaise with regulatory bodies including aviation and local authorities regarding tower lighting and obstruction marking requirements. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. \nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with BAI project management standards.\n\nLET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU\nYou are a practical and solutions-focused engineering professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery.
