工作职责 / Responsibilities -AI Agent整体策略规划与体系搭建：负责通用/垂直场景AI智能体的产品策略、迭代规划与落地闭环，结合大模型技术特性、行业趋势及业务痛点，制定Agent能力演进路线、产品定位与商业化落地策略，搭建标准化、可复用的Agent产品体系与运营策略体系 -智能体核心能力策略设计：主导Agent核心模块策略设计，涵盖任务自主规划、多轮上下文记忆管理、工具链调用、意图识别与精准路由、多Agent协同编排、断点续跑、人工介入机制等核心能力，结合业务场景优化智能体决策逻辑，解决复杂场景下的推理偏差、流程卡顿、执行失效等问题 -RAG与Prompt策略迭代优化：负责知识库搭建、检索增强、知识分层治理策略设计，制定Prompt工程标准化体系、模板规范与迭代机制，持续优化模型生成效果、问答准确率、回复稳定性，提升Agent场景适配能力与用户体验。 -场景落地与策略迭代：聚焦医疗健康的核心业务场景，挖掘真实用户需求与业务痛点，输出完整的Agent产品方案、流程规则、策略机制，推动产品从0-1落地、从1-N规模化复用，跟进上线效果，通过数据复盘持续迭代优化产品策略 -规则与风控策略搭建：建立AI Agent行为管控、输出合规、风险识别、异常熔断、行为审计等策略体系，规范智能体执行逻辑，规避内容风险、操作风险、业务风险，保障Agent安全、稳定、可控运行 -跨团队协同与落地推进：对接算法、研发、测试、运营、业务团队，输出产品需求文档、策略方案、原型及规则说明，同步技术落地进度，协调解决落地过程中的各类问题，保障Agent功能、策略、性能达标，实现业务价值闭环 -行业调研与技术跟进：持续跟踪大模型、AI Agent行业前沿技术、主流框架（LangChain、LangGraph、Dify、Coze等）及竞品动态，拆解行业标杆产品策略，结合公司业务迭代产品思路，输出行业分析与策略优化报告 职责要求 / Requirements -学历与经验：本科及以上在读学生，计算机、产品设计、人工智能、大数据、经管等相关专业优先，27/28届应届生优先; 无硬性全职工作经验要求，有AI产品、互联网产品、项目策划相关实习、校园项目经历优先 -专业能力：了解大模型、AI Agent基础概念，知晓智能体工具调用、RAG知识库、任务编排等基础原理即可; 了解LangChain、Dify、Coze等任意一款Agent平台优先，具备基础的产品方案理解、简单策略梳理能力 -策略思维能力：逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的问题拆解、需求梳理和复盘总结能力，善于观察和发现产品、业务场景中的问题，拥有基础的用户思维和产品思维，愿意主动思考AI场景的优化策略 -实操落地能力：具备基础的文档撰写、信息整理、数据统计能力，可协助完成需求调研、方案整理、PRD初稿撰写、产品复盘、策略迭代辅助
