工作职责 / Responsibilities

-路测评估体系建设：负责公共出行产品的路测评估规划与落地，设计并持续迭代路测评估方案、评估标准、指标体系与评估流程，推动评估能力产品化、工具化、AI化，为评估交付数量、交付时间和质量负责，开展相应的评估数据分析和撰写评估报告

-数据分析与洞察：基于路测数据、仿真数据及线上回传数据开展深度分析，定位问题场景、量化问题分布与收敛趋势，形成数据驱动的产品决策与优化建议

-跨团队协同：对接公共出行的业务团队同学、研发同学，进行标准沟通、结论对齐和业务迭代方向讨论等。

-需求管理与推进：跟进相关的分析报告、case的落地和优化，为最终的数据闭环和体验优化情况负责，端到端推动需求从立项到交付

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，3年以上相关领域评估经验

-具备独立负责产品模块/领域的能力，能在复杂业务中拆解问题、制定方案并独立推动落地，具备较强的项目驱动力和跨团队协同能力

-具备相关领域的路测/测试评估相关经验，熟悉路测流程、评估标准与指标体系建设，理解测试场景分类与问题闭环管理。

-具备扎实的数据分析功底，熟练使用 SQL 及数据分析工具，能够从海量数据中提炼洞察，用数据支撑产品决策

-具备良好思维逻辑、文档能力与沟通表达能力，能在高度不确定的环境中快速厘清问题本质，协同合作，推进达成结论一致，产出评估报告，并具备优秀的学习和执行能力，能够接受临时高强度的工作
