工作职责 / Responsibilities

-构建模型网络安全能力评测体系与基准测试集

-围绕大模型cyber方向，设计并构建面向漏洞挖掘与漏洞利用的大模型训练方案，包括训练语料构建、安全verifier设计等

-跟进前沿的数据蒸馏与安全攻防技术，包括漏洞挖掘与漏洞利用

-与团队成员保持良好的沟通，共同推进项目的进展

职责要求 / Requirements

-硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、网络安全或相关专业

-精通AI技术，对AI for Security有深刻理解，熟悉漏洞挖掘、安全分析

-具备优秀的编程能力、学习能力及沟通能力

-加分项：在人工智能顶级会议或期刊、安全big4上发表过相关论文
