and capability across the organization.\n\nRequirements\n\n10+ years of experience in IT roles.\n\n5+ years of experience with Rust as the primary language for backend and platform engineering in production.\n\nExpert-level knowledge of Kubernetes-native microservices and distributed backend architecture.\n\nExtensive background designing end-to-end AI or ML platform workflows.\n\nDemonstrated ability to define technical direction and lead backend engineering at an organizational level.\n\nStrong track record of mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence at a Principal
