We’re looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer who has mastered both ends of the stack and now leads from a platform perspective — someone who has designed full-stack systems that sit at the core of how engineering organizations work, and who brings the cross-team influence to get complex initiatives across the finish line. You’re TypeScript-native, you understand Kubernetes-native platform development deeply, and you’ve worked in environments where the platform you build directly enables AI and machine learning at scale. This is a role for someone ready to operate at the highest level of individual contributor impact. What You’ll Do:\n\nArchitect and deliver full-stack platform systems using Node.js and React that operate at enterprise scale.\n\nEstablish the technical direction for full-stack platform engineering across the organization.\n\nLead the design of Kubernetes-native microservices that underpin AI and ML platform workflows.\n\nDrive TypeScript standards and best practices across frontend and backend codebases organization-wide.\n\nInfluence product and engineering strategy as a senior technical voice across teams and leadership.\n\nDevelop and elevate staff and senior engineers through mentorship and hands-on technical collaboration.\n\nRequirements\n\n10+ years of experience in IT roles.\n\n5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with Node.js and React as the primary stack.\n\nExpert TypeScript proficiency across the full stack, including build systems and framework internals.\n\nDeep experience with Kubernetes-native platform architecture in production at scale.\n\nBackground contributing to or building for AI/ML platforms.\n\nProven ability to drive technical direction and lead cross-team initiatives at a Principal level.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in English.\n\nCompany
