enable distributed stream and batch processing at scale.\n\nDesign scalable data processing pipelines that move data reliably through large, complex distributed systems.\n\nApply JVM performance principles to optimize throughput and latency across data platform infrastructure.\n\nWork with engineering and data teams to understand platform requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nContribute to the reliability and observability of data processing systems in production environments.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and the continuous improvement of platform engineering practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in IT roles.\n\n3+ years of experience with Java or Scala as a primary language in data platform or distributed systems contexts.\n\nSolid experience with distributed data processing systems and their operational challenges.\n\nHands-on background in stream or batch processing frameworks and infrastructure.\n\nWorking knowledge of JVM performance tuning and optimization.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in English.\n\nNice to have\n\nOpen source contribution experience is a plus.\n\nCompany
