Senior Platform Engineer (Go) at BairesDev We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who has spent real time close to the infrastructure — someone who builds and operates cloud-native platform services at scale using Go, and who understands Kubernetes well enough to design around how workloads actually behave in production. You’ll be part of the team behind a platform that runs AI and machine learning workloads for some of the world’s largest enterprises. {li} Develop and maintain platform services in Go, ensuring reliability and performance across distributed infrastructure. {li} Architect and implement Kubernetes-native components for deploying and managing backend workloads. {li} Support the integration of LLM and RAG pipelines into platform workflows. {li} Identify and address performance bottlenecks across cloud-native infrastructure. {li} Define and promote engineering standards and best practices within the platform team. {li} Engage in technical planning and contribute to the platform’s long-term roadmap.\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in IT roles.\n\n3+ years of professional experience using Go as a primary language.\n\nProduction experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed systems principles and
