You’re someone who has worked on execution performance, understands how data moves through a query pipeline, and knows how to use profiling tools to find and fix the bottlenecks others walk past. You’ll be contributing to query engine infrastructure that processes data for some of the largest analytics environments in the world — where every optimization has a real impact.\n\nDevelop and optimize query engine components in C++, focusing on execution performance and reliability.\n\nProfile and debug distributed systems using low-level tooling such as flame graphs and perf.\n\nContribute to the design and improvement of distributed query processing infrastructure.\n\nInvestigate and resolve performance bottlenecks across query execution pipelines.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data processing solutions.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of experience in IT roles.\n\n4+ years of experience with C++ as a primary programming language.\n\nExperience with query engine or database internals.\n\nBackground in distributed systems design and development.\n\nHands-on experience with performance profiling tools such as flame graphs or perf.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in
