high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices\nProvide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship\nEnsure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards\nCollaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment\nLead vendor integrations and technical evaluations\nOwn production stability, performance tuning, and incident management\nAct as an individual contributor for critical design and troubleshooting\n\nSkill Sets Required\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot\nHands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems\nStrong database skills in MySQL (queries, indexing, performance tuning)\nExperience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Integration architectures\nFamiliarity with Git, JIRA, and SDLC best practices\nAI & Advanced Technology Exposure\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts and BFSI use cases (fraud detection, credit scoring, OCR,
