The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and efficient solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nApplication Development\nCollaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement application enhancements aligned with digital transformation goals.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.\nEnsure timely delivery of new features and integrations across NBFC applications\nQuality Assurance\nDefine and execute test plans for new developments and change requests.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards before deployment.\nVendor Management\nLiaise with third-party vendors for application support, upgrades, and integrations.\nMonitor vendor SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nEvaluate vendor solutions for scalability and alignment with business objectives.\nIT Support\nProvide Level 2 support for critical applications and resolve escalated issues.\nAnalyse recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes or automation.\nMaintain documentation for troubleshooting and train end-users on new functionalities.\n\nSkill Sets Required\n\nProgram Management:\nExpertise in planning, executing, and managing IT programs and projects.\nAbility to develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.\nSkilled in risk management, mitigating issues, and ensuring project objectives are met.\nProficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project\nQuality Assurance:\nProven ability to design and implement quality and control standards across IT operations.\nExperience with frameworks like Six Sigma, ISO standards, or other methodologies to ensure operational effectiveness.\nFocused on process improvement to optimize IT operations efficiently.\nIT Service & Support:\nIn-depth knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.\nExperience managing helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and ensuring service delivery met SLAs.\nAbility to lead teams in resolving complex technical escalations and providing proactive IT support solutions.\nLeadership & Collaboration:\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and manage stakeholder relationships.\nExceptional management skills to motivate and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.\nStrong decision-making abilities and ability to delegate effectively.\nCommunication Skills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams, executives, and end-users effectively.\nAbility to present complex technical concepts in a simplified manner to stakeholders.\nSkilled in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.\nAdditional Technical Skills:\nProficiency in enterprise tools such as SQL databases, and monitoring tools \nUnderstanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate
