KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n1. Export Booking Management\nPlan and arrange export bookings based on distributor requirements, production readiness, payment status, and vessel schedules. \nCoordinate with distributors, regional business teams, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to secure timely vessel bookings and optimize shipment planning. \nLiaise with CHAs to ensure timely availability of containers at ports, ICDs, and manufacturing locations. \nMonitor booking confirmations, vessel rollovers, cut-off timelines, and sailing schedules, and proactively resolve capacity constraints. \nOptimize shipping routes, transit times, and freight utilization while ensuring adherence to customer delivery commitments. \nMaintain booking dashboards and shipment visibility until cargo loading. \n2. Export Documentation Management\nPrepare, verify, and release Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, FTA documents, and other statutory export documents. \nEnsure timely sharing of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents with CHAs, banks, freight forwarders, and distributors. \nMaintain high accuracy and compliance across all export documentation processes.\n3. Compliance & Country Requirements\nUnderstand and maintain documentation requirements for various countries and update changes in international trade regulations. \nMaintain Hazardous/Non-Hazardous product classification and ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations. \nCoordinate with government agencies, chambers of commerce, and certification authorities for COO, FTA, and statutory certificates. \n4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, ports, ICDs, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution. \nResolve booking and documentation-related issues impacting shipment timelines. \nSupport Finance in LC documentation, shipment closure, and audit compliance. \nCollaborate with Operations, Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches against vessel schedules. \n5. Data Management & Process Control\nMaintain Country-Product-Document and Booking Master data for efficient shipment execution. \nMonitor booking status, vessel utilization, shipment adherence, and documentation KPIs. \nPrepare reports on booking performance, vessel utilization, rollover analysis, and documentation accuracy. \nDevelop cost sheets for COO and maintain data accuracy.\n6. Digital Initiatives & Automation\nDrive digitization of booking and documentation workflows through ERP and digital platforms. \nImplement shipment tracking dashboards, booking approval workflows, and container visibility tools. \nSupport automation initiatives for booking allocation, documentation generation, and shipment status reporting. \nImprove end-to-end shipment visibility through integration with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and ERP systems. \n7.
