Team Leadership\nManage and mentor a team of developers, conduct regular reviews, oversee resource allocation, and ensure delivery excellence.\n3. Salesforce Platform Management\nManage the Salesforce CRM platform, including application enhancements, integrations, system performance, governance, and platform stability.\n4. Solution Design & Technical Governance\nAnalyze business requirements and architect innovative technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term business goals.\n5. Project Planning & Delivery\nAssist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical feasibility. Develop project plans and monitor execution to ensure successful delivery.\n6. Stakeholder & Partner Management\nCoordinate with internal cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.\n7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, provide status updates, and escalate risks and issues to management when required.\n8. Financial & Resource Management\nEnsure resource availability and allocation, manage project budgets, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.\n9. Team & Partner Governance\nConduct monthly team reviews and partner performance reviews to ensure delivery commitments and quality standards are met.Key Decisions / Dimensions\n1.
