Perform this activity to ensure regulatory adherence & Security, governance & Compliance control implementations. \n• Help the team to ensure - \n• Policy & SOPs are in place & updated for the given process - for ORM project\n• Common process is implemented across all verticals for ORM project\n• Implement changes wherever required in the processes, in order to ensure regulatory adherence, and ensure principles of Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability. \n• Monitor key KRIs across processes (via automated or manual methodology) and ensure corrective actions wherever necessary for the application for ORM project\n• Ensure that ready data is available for all audits, regulatory reporting and filings. \n• Interact with Statutory, internal and regulatory auditors on need basis for the given process\n• Respond, track and ensure closure of the actions arising out of the audits. \n• Excellent hands-on experience in MS Excel and good at data analytics. \n• Demonstrate technical & functional understanding of lending applications and have a ‘process mindset’ \n• Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience \n• With various BFL Fin-tech initiative, candidate need to have agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art review process.
