The role requires close collaboration with business users, development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely closure of QA activities and delivery of high-quality solutions Duties and Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments, enhancements, and production fixes. \n• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to identify test coverage. \n• Execute test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements. \n• Conduct regression, functional, and end-to-end testing. \n• Ensure timely completion of testing activities within project timelines\n• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.\n• Maintain testing documentation and evidence for audit and compliance purposes. \n• Track testing progress and provide regular status updates.\n• Interact with multiple stakeholders including Business Users, Development Teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, UAT Teams, and Support Teams\n• Coordinate with external vendors and partner teams for testing activities and issue resolution.Key Decisions / Dimensions\n• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously. \n• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.Major Challenges\n• Timely completion of UAT activities. \n• Defect leakage reduction. \n• Quality of test scenarios and test coverage. \n• Effective stakeholder and vendor coordination. \n• Timely closure of QA deliverables. \n• Automation contribution and process improvement initiatives. \n• Successful knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
