The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and manufacturers.\nThis role is essential to ensuring the correct parts are ordered accurately and efficiently so our technicians can complete warranty work and provide excellent customer service.\nWhat's In It For Me?\nMarket Value Compensation\nRobust PTO Plan\nHealth, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from\n401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%\nLife Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability\nSpecial Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft\nContinuous Training for your Professional Development\nWorking in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment\nCoached and supported career growth\nResponsibilities\nWhat Will I Do?\nIdentify and order HVAC parts and components needed for warranty repairs and replacements.\n\nUse knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components to ensure the correct parts are ordered.\n\nVerify model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, and warranty eligibility before placing orders.\n\nCoordinate with HVAC technicians, manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to obtain the necessary parts.\n\nTrack orders, monitor shipping and delivery dates, and follow up on delayed or backordered items.\n\nProcess warranty-related parts requests, returns, exchanges, and claims as needed.\n\nMaintain accurate records of parts orders, warranty documentation, and order statuses.\n\nCommunicate order updates and delivery information to technicians and appropriate team members.\n\nResearch part availability and identify suitable replacements when original parts are unavailable.\n\nMaintain an organized system for tracking outstanding orders and warranty parts.\n\nFollow company policies and procedures while providing timely, professional support to the HVAC department.\n\nQualifications\nDo I Have What It Takes?\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nWorking knowledge of HVAC parts, components, equipment, and terminology is required.\n\nPrevious experience with HVAC parts ordering, procurement, warranty processing, or HVAC service operations is strongly preferred.\n\nAbility to identify HVAC parts using model numbers, serial numbers, parts catalogs, and manufacturer resources.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and tracking orders.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn company software and inventory or purchasing systems.\n\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, consistent with applicable law and company policy.\n\nMust have a clean driving record and more than three years of driving experience.\n\nMust possess a valid driver's license.\n\nWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
