We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.\nJob Summary\nThe Advanced Operations Engineer leads new product introduction (NPI) and process development efforts to ensure products are successfully transitioned from concept to full-scale production. This role serves as the technical interface between customers, program management, and manufacturing to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.\nResponsibilities:\nSMT Process & Equipment Operation\nLead technical activities for new product introductions fromquotethrough production release\nConduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) \nDevelop manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and tooling requirements\nSupport first builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-up\nOptimizeSMT, through-hole, box build, and test processes\nDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and process capability\nSupport root cause investigations and corrective actions\nPartner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Production\nInterface with customers on technical and manufacturing topics\nPreferred Qualifications and Character Traits:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)\n5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing \nExperience supporting NPI in a contract manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience in regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, Defense)\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies\nKnowledge of ERP/MRP and MES systems\nEEO Statement\nSafari Circuits, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nNative American & Veteran Hiring Preferences will be applied in accordance with Waséyabek Development Company policy.
