We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.\nJob Summary\nSafari Circuits is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Brand & Engagement Coordinator to support marketing communications, employee engagement, and community outreach initiatives.\nThis person will help coordinate and execute projects that strengthen Safari's brand identity, connect employees, and build meaningful relationships within the communities we serve.\nThe ideal candidate combines hands-on creative and digital marketing experience with exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. This individual must be comfortable working independently, collaborating across departments, and managing multiple priorities under established timelines and budgets.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Brand Experience\nExecute marketing and communications initiatives, including branded content, digital campaigns, photography, short-form video, and visual storytelling.\nSupport website content, SEO, Google Ads, CRM activities, and digital marketing initiatives.\nCoordinate creative projects from concept through completion while maintaining established brand standards.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver consistent, engaging brand experiences.\n2. Employee Experience\nHelp coordinate employee appreciation events, recognition programs, internal activities, and opportunities for employee connection.\nAssist in managing event logistics, scheduling, materials, vendors, setup, and teardown.\nSupport internal communications that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.\nCollaborate with HR and department leadership to execute employee-focused initiatives.\n3. Community Engagement\nCoordinate community outreach activities, sponsorships, events, and partnership initiatives.\nMaintain communication with community organizations, partners, and event stakeholders.\nSupport initiatives that strengthen Safari's community presence and relationships.\nCapture and organize content highlighting Safari's involvement and impact.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum two years of professional experience in marketing, communications, branding, or related creative work.\nDemonstrated experience with CRM platforms, Google Ads, SEO, website development, digital campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.\nExperience coordinating creative projects, including photography, short-form video, and branded content.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, calendars, appointments, and event logistics.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.\nAbility to take direction, work independently, and collaborate effectively with creative teams and cross-functional departments.\nStrong understanding of brand consistency, storytelling, and audience engagement.\nAvailability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.\nPosition Expectations & Growth\nThis internship operates within the strategic direction and established standards of Safari's Marketing & Communications team.
