The highly qualified candidate will be able to work remotely, withminimal travelrequired.\nPosition Summary\nPMW-200 Aviation Log IT manages a portfolio of acquisition programs of recordthat delivers logisticsIT solutions for the Department of the Navy and Joint ForcesthroughoutDoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings. FED95 is currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel expertto supporttheir Business Office andexecutive leadership with managerial and financial analysis and presentations for PMW-200 Log IT.\nResponsibilities:\nCreating and maintaining Financial Reports utilizing Microsoft Excel\nReview, prepare and coordinate a variety of high-quality charts, reports, memorandums, emails, and other documents for signature or collaboration.\nAssist with special projects and provide administrative services and logistical support for office-sponsored workshops, conferences, and symposiums, when necessary.\nEstablish and maintain filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manualincluding document control.\nPerform various Share Point Online tasks including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and people, and setting permissions\nDevelop and maintain task tracking systems to keep track of tasks assigned.\nUtilize and maintain databases and information systems. Review and reconcile data. Generate reports from various informational databases using standard parameters or special queries as required. Provide data entry for startup or closeout information on projects.\nPerform review of technical analysis and research for the development and maintenance of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for the IT products and services ultimately delivered to the warfighter for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT.\nAdditional functions not specifically outlined in this positiondescription as directed by the leader.\nMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nUnited States Citizenship\nBachelor’s degree\nAbility to obtain Secret Clearance\nExpert in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel\nAdvanced Formulas & Functions\nMastery of complex functions like INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas.\nUnderstanding ofdynamic arrays and structured references.\nAbility to build multi-step calculations, conditional logic, and error handling \nData Modeling & Analysis\nCreating and managing PivotTables and PivotChartsfor summarizing and visualizing large datasets.\nUsing Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.\nApplying Power Pivot for relational data modeling and DAX functions\nDynamic Dashboards & Visualization\nBuilding interactive dashboards with slicers, timelines, and dynamic filters.\nUsing charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting to tell data stories.\nEnsuring dashboards update automatically with new data \nStrategic & Business Skills\nProblem-Solving & Efficiency\nIdentifying inefficiencies in processes and designing Excel solutions to streamline them.\nOptimizing formulas and layouts for speed and accuracy.\nUsing Excel to support decision-making at all levels of an organization \nCollaboration & Communication\nSharing and protecting workbooks effectively (permissions, sharing options).\nExplaining complex Excel models and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders.\nDocumenting processes and formulas for team use.\nStaying updated with Excel features (e.g., new functions, Power Query enhancements).\nExperimenting with advanced techniques like Power Automate, Power BI integration, and AI-assisted Excel tools.\nAbilitytoquicklyadapt focus, adjust schedule andproblemsolveto meetevolvingworkdemands and needs of supervisorand other stakeholders.\nHighlyresourcefulteam-player,withtheabilitytoalsowork independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks.\nAbilitytopassapre-employmentdrugscreen.\nAbility to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary.\nPreferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nExperience working with the Department of Defense\nUsing Artificial Intelligence (Ai) for data analysis and presentation\nProject Management experience\nMaster’s Degree in the field of business\nSecret clearance \nPhysical Requirements:\nWhile remote, this positionoperatesin a professional office environment.
