WFS is well-versed in federal contract compliance and providing outstanding support services.\n\n*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*****\nJob Description\nThe Project Manager serves as the primary on-site representative and authorized point of contact for contract operations in a large-scale facility. This individual will provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of facility operations, maintenance, repair activities, and customer service delivery to ensure contract performance standards are consistently met.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day oversight and management of all contract operations and facility services.\nServe as the official contractor representative with full authority to act on behalf of the organization regarding contract performance matters.\nMaintain on-site presence during established core business hours to support operational requirements and customer needs.\nDirect and coordinate facility operations, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, and building alteration projects.\nManage and oversee personnel, subcontractors, and resources required for successful contract execution.\nEnsure timely resolution of facility-related issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\nReceive, review, and respond to inspection reports, performance assessments, correspondence, and other contract-related communications on behalf of the contractor.\nExercise independent purchasing authority for tools, materials, equipment, and repair parts up to $5,000 per transaction to support uninterrupted facility operations.\nMonitor contract compliance, quality assurance, safety standards, and performance metrics.\nFoster positive relationships with government stakeholders, building occupants, and customers through effective communication and responsive service delivery.\nCoordinate operational planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to support facility requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications \nUS Citizen\nTop Secret Clearance Required \nBachelor Degree in a related technical discipline such as Engineering, Construction, or Facilities Management or an equivalent combination of training and certifications in a relevant technical discipline. \n15 years of experience in related Operations and Maintenance support services and/or facilities management. At least 5 of these years must be in providing these services in a large facility or operation. \nAt least 4 years of experience within the last 5 years managing the operations, maintenance, repair, building alterations, customer relations, and all other associated operations for a building consisting of at least 400,000 square feet. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience managing large-scale government or federally occupied facilities. \nKnowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, safety programs, and facility management best practices.\nRequired Certifications\nCertificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM.
