Responsible for set-up, operations, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for the quality assurance and documentation.\nEssential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:\nSet-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven (training available)\nBasic soldering and rework of SMT components. Must successfully complete solder training course.\nPick components and prepare kits for manufacturing.\nPerform visual inspections of SMT assemblies.\nMaintain accurate job tracking records.\nInterpret IPC-A-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications.\nMaintain a neat work area.\nShall be accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed.\nMust be familiar with company policies.\nTrain co-workers and assist when problemarise.\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nApplicants must possess any education, training or experience necessary to perform all essential duties and responsibilities associated with the position. Education, training and experience indicative of an individual’s ability to perform all essential job duties and responsibilities include the following:\nMust be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process. \nHave a general knowledge of manufacturing processes.\nRead and interpret assembly instructions.\nAble to work with speed and accuracy.\nAble to communicate effectively and relate to co-workers\nAble to follow verbal instructions.\nAble to work well under minimal supervision\nPunctuality and good attendance record.\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen.\nAbility to pass a background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check, and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC.\nPreferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nPrior knowledge or experience working with a Native American Tribe.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
