We arecurrently hiring a Delivery Lead - Process Control and Optimization to join the team. We are looking for an experienced industry expert with a background and experience in implementing advanced process control and/or real-time optimization applications for process plants.\nPartner with the best\nThe Delivery Lead will support technical pre-sales activities followed by leading the implementation of Cordant Process Optimization solution. In this role, you are expected to provide process and optimization domain expertise for extending existing product offerings in varied industrial processes.\nAs a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:\nSupporting the sales teams in identifying, quantifying, and presenting complex process optimization opportunities to our customers.\n\nDeveloping technical proposals for process optimization in LNG, fertilizers, gas processing, refining and olefins industry\n\nLeading delivery teams during the implementation and ensuring the technical success of our solution.\n\nServing as a subject matter expert (SME) in advising the product team on industry use cases, ideation, and feature implementation.\n\nWorking with product managers, data scientists and customers to drive the adoption of AI / ML-based process optimization applications.\n\nStaying informed of industry technology and innovation, disseminating new technology information to the Baker Hughes engineering and services teams.\n\nProviding coaching, technical mentoring & development of subject matter experts globally.\n\nPromoting a safe working environment, being responsible and driving compliance, quality & EHS culture in the organization.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) and/or optimization solutions.\n\nFluent in English\n\nExperience and passion with data driven/ML based optimization models.\n\nProven ability to successfully lead technical implementation of APC and/or optimization projects on complex industrial processes.\n\nEffective communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.\n\nBusiness Acumen and the ability to influence senior-level management investment decisions.\n\nProven experience working with people in an operating plant or other operational setting.\n\nExtensive experience communicating and working with senior executive stakeholders.\n\nBe willing to travel as required.
