You will be responsible for blending operations, material handling, inventory, and quality control while working as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers.\nAs a Blend Operator, you will be responsible for:\nOperating blending equipment and processing chemical batches according to approved formulations, procedures, and quality standards.\n\nMeasuring, mixing, and transferring raw materials to ensure accurate and efficient batch production.\n\nReceiving, loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products using forklifts and other material handling equipment.\n\nPerforming quality checks and maintaining detailed production records and batch documentation\n\nPreparing finished products for shipment to customer sites and field locations.\n\nMonitoring inventory levels and communicating material requirements, shortages, or discrepancies to cross-functional teams.\n\nMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and HSE requirements.\n\nConducting routine equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or operational issues.\n\nSupporting cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.\n\nFollowing all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a High School Diploma or GED and relevant forklift experience\n\nHave 3+ years experience of working within Logistics, Warehouse or Inventory Management environment\n\nDisplay the ability to identify and resolve problems and be able to implement effective improvements\n\nBe able to work the evening shift and overtime at weekends/holidays as required\n\nShow the ability to be a team player and work collaboratively\n\nDemonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office\n\nHave the ability to work in a physical environment, often involving lifting and moving of heavy products\n\nDesired qualifications:\nRailway experience\n\nChemical loading and unloading\n\nChemical blending\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
