Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.\n Partner with the best\nAs Construction Manager, You will supervise and coordinate all supplier’s activities related to Prefabrication, Fabrication and Construction of Modules, located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), Italy. You will coordinate the supplier and workers’ foremen engaged in construction execution. You will acts as a liaison between supplier, contractors and client representative(s), ensuring schedule is executed in safety, quality and time.\nAs a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:\nFollowing standards of safety and comply with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.\n\nCoordinating and participating in construction process supporting supplier during execution phase, ensuring work is correctly prepared prior to any activity.\n\nMonitoring and develop regular redesign of processes due to changes or management needs.\n\nElaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context\n\nAssisting the site QA/QC team, supporting them in the preparation of non-conformance reports and assists in developing corrective actions.\n\nCoordinating with Customers’ representatives for the resolution of field problems and with subcontractors to ensure correct communication flow.\n\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\n+5 years of experience in operations and construction management\n\nHave a degree in Engineering or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications regarding the production environment / operations management / construction activities.\n\nHave the willingness to become an Ambassador of Baker Hughes values: Lead, Collaborate, Grow and Care.\n\nHave a degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications.\n\nDemonstrate deep knowledge of the workplace health and safety highest standards.\n\nShow proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and control (including NDT requirements) in the O&G industry.\n\nShow Extensive knowledge of quality industry standards including AWS, ASME, API and knowledge of NDE methodologies.\n\nHave knowledge of welding equipment and procedure specification, welder approval processes, material and compliance of workplace health and safety standards.\n\nHave experience in working in complex organizations.\n\nDemonstrate significant knowledge of quality industrial standards.\n\nBe fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.\n\nHave excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
