In this role, the individual will oversee the implementation of enterprise Data Fabric and AI initiatives, enabling trusted data, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business outcomes across GTS.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nCollaborating closely with business functions, regions, and Digital Technology teams to identify opportunities for Data Fabric and AI solutions.\nGuiding the development and execution of Data Fabric and AI programs aligned with business priorities.\nAdvancing data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives to enhance data trust and accessibility.\nDefining business requirements and working in partnership with technical teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions.\nDeveloping business cases and value assessments to support strategic prioritization and investment decisions.\nCoordinating cross-functional stakeholders, program risks, milestones, and communications.\nPromoting adoption of AI, analytics, and self-service data capabilities through change management and learning activities.\nMaintaining alignment with corporate data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.\nProviding regular updates to leadership on program progress, business impact, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.\nBring experience leading digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI programs.\nPossess knowledge of data governance, data management, and modern analytics platforms.\nDemonstrate strong project and stakeholder management skills.\nBe able to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.\nDemonstrate effective communication, problem-solving, and people leadership capabilities.\nDesired Characteristics\nExperience with Databricks, Alation, Power BI, or AI technologies.\nKnowledge of Data Fabric, Data Mesh, or Lakehouse architectures.\nExperience supporting business adoption of data and AI solutions.\nCommitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.\nAbility to collaborate across teams and achieve results in a global environment.\nThis role offers the opportunity to shape the future of data and AI within GTS, enabling informed decision-making, operational excellence, and business growth through modern digital capabilities.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
