Partnering with key business partners, the role embeds new tools, processes, and operating cadences into daily operations, removes delivery barriers, and provides clear executive reporting across functions and regions.\nAs a DCF APG Leader - you will be responsible for:\nHave experience executing transformation: Implement initiatives, onboard DCF implementation owners, maintain Aha tracking, and establish execution cadences. Validate business cases and manage delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.\nHave experience enabling adoption: Manage change processes (MOC), resource planning, training, and organizational readiness. Contribute DCF expertise and subject-matter experts to initiative design.\nHave experience managing delivery by monitoring milestones, KPIs, data accuracy, and risks. Resolve roadblocks with initiative owners and escalate unresolved issues to APG or DCF leadership. Review progress and feed lessons into current and future initiatives.\nHave experience delivering business outcomes aligning initiative timelines with daily operations, secure field and functional ownership, and adjusting resources or schedules when quarterly financial or operational targets are at risk.\nHave experience reporting performance by partnering with the central APG to provide timely executive updates on scope, objectives, milestones, risks, value capture, and outcomes. Consolidate DCF feedback to inform enterprise decisions.\nHave experience leading across a matrix by building alignment and accountability across functions, regions, segments, and APG teams. Represent DCF in executive and C-suite forums.\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years in planning, operations, and/or project management.\nHave deep understanding of oilfield operations and DCF.\nHave experience implementing cross-functional and/or cross-regional projects (Preferred)\nHave demonstrated end-to-end execution ownership, stakeholder coordination, root-cause problem solving, and structured change management.\nHave clear communication and facilitation; ability to influence accountability across functions and geographies.\nWork Environment\nThis role requires regular onsite presence at the location listed.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
