You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and business stakeholders to transform complex information into intuitive and engaging learning experiences through instructional design, multimedia development, and creative problem-solving.\nAs a Digital Learning & Content Developer, you will be responsible for:\nDesigning and developing learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, business priorities, and competency requirements.\nCreating interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning authoring tools.\nDeveloping structured learning pathways, curricula, assessments, facilitator resources, and learner support materials.\nApplying instructional design methodologies, design thinking, user-centered design, and adult learning principles to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.\nProducing high-quality digital learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, animations, motion graphics, infographics, presentations, and web-based content.\nCollaborating with SMEs, instructors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate content planning, and validate technical accuracy.\nConducting quality assurance reviews, accessibility testing, and content validation to ensure alignment with learning and visual design standards.\nSupporting LMS deployment, SCORM/xAPI content packaging, content maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback and performance data.\nFuel Your Passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrate experience designing and developing digital learning solutions using modern authoring tools and structured instructional design methodologies.\nPossess strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, design thinking, and user-centered design practices.\nHave practical experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other eLearning development platforms.\nDemonstrate proficiency in multimedia development tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nHave experience creating engaging digital content, including videos, animations, motion graphics, infographics, and interactive learning experiences.\nPossess knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, xAPI, and digital content deployment processes.\nDemonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, project planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and business stakeholders.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way people work and perform at their best varies.
