IET Digital Technology Team\nThe Oracle team is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Engineer knowledgeable of Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Services domain areas, including Quoting, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Enterprise Asset Management, Depot Repair, and Install Base.\nThe role is responsible for driving ERP simplification initiatives, delivering functional enhancements and supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure the reliability and performance of Oracle E-Business Suite.\nPartner with the best\nAs a Digital Technology Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:\nIn this role, you will:\nWork with business / IT leaders and users for prioritization of critical issues and work towards resolution\nEnsure conformance to generic ERP Operations support standards / practices\nLeading the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle ITO (OM) & Services modules (Depot Repair, EAM).\nIdentify, scope, and lead business/site readiness projects to prepare new sites for the oracle implementation.\nGaining deep understanding of all the integrations with legacy tools or cloud tools interconnected with Oracle following the best practices for new implementations\nLeading initiatives followings implementation by Tollgates, planning activities and tracking the progress ensure on time and on budget deliveries\nMaintaining tight linkages with business users and peers to maximize the benefits and knowledge sharing.\nDelivering quality improvements and root-cause analysis for ERP related complex business problems and work closely with global distributed partners facilitating issue resolutions and effective services delivery across domains\nProactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, manage ambiguity, adapt quickly to conflicting & changing priorities.\nGuide vendors during system design and ensure compliance to specifications and standards.\nEnsure rigor and adherence to our standards in terms of HPA and security and SOX compliance requirements.\nBasic knowledge with PL/SQL, Oracle WF is also required to guide the team on the correct solution implementation\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will need to have:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).\nA minimum 6 years of professional experience of Oracle EBS Applications development, maintenance and development supervision, special focus on OM and Service modules\nExperience in IT project management and execution in global companies or large consulting firm\nHave functional domain expertise in Oracle ITO & Service modules (OM, Depot Repair, EAM)\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems\nDesired Qualifications:\nTechnical Expertise:\nHave Project management skills and contractors’ supervision experience\nHave process improvement experience\nHave experience with Baker Hughes processes, methodologies and reporting methods\nHave 6 Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified\nHave knowledge of Baker Hughes project management standards and/or AIM\nHave IMLP, IT CAS or equivalent technical leadership program experience\nBusiness Acumen:\nGlobal mindset, ability to manage and collaborate across a broad and diverse set of customers and stakeholders\nAbility to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks\nSignificant customer facing experience\nLeadership:\nHave demonstrated planning and organization skills\nProactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans, ability to influence and build consensus with other DT teams and leadership\nPersonal Attributes:\nDemonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; Highly motivated, self-starter\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
