Long term strategic planning & contribution to the overall governance and compliance strategy is key part of this role.\nAs a Digital Technology Specialist - Software Engineering:\nLead the delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across Baker Hughes businesses while working with Program Managers, functional owners, service providers and other members of SAP Dev ops team\nOwns complete Plant Maintenance & Customer Services module solutions for end-to-end business process, which includes prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation and post go-live support, including interfaces, cross module integration.\nAccountable for Plant Maintenance & Customer Services related interfaces with external system & cross module integration with other SAP modules\nComplete accountability of quality of solution delivered by program and operations team\nDrive SAP best practices standards across Baker Hughes SAP Landscape. Ensure efficient and maintainable solution.\nProactively engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization\nEnsure the delivery of Stat/SOX compliant business solutions\nContinuously monitor for new developments in SAP technology and explore the opportunities in ES SAP landscape for optimization of business process\nMaintain cross functional business process domain knowledge\nImplement industry best practices as deemed applicable to enhance capabilities and effectiveness\nMaintain effective relationships across a distributed functional and global team in matrix environment to build an integrated solution.\nAssist leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization by aligning SAP technology with business Goals \nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering/information technology and related fields \nMinimum 6 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations out of which 5 years of experience in SAP PM and CS domain\nProficiency in maintaining and uploading master data for repair such as Materials, Equipment’s, Functional Locations, Task Lists, Work Centers, Customers etc.\nProficiency in intercompany processing through IDOC processing.\nProficiency in handling the Field Repair Scenarios using resource related billing.\nBelow skills are mandatoryProficiency in Reactive maintenance Processes\nProficiency in Preventive maintenance Processes.\nProficiency in Warranty Management processes\nProficiency in Maintenance Plans Processes.\nGood Knowledge of different Material Movements involved in Equipment lifecycle management process\nKnowledge of Batch Job Processing and working on different enhancements in SAP PM area is required.\n\nKnowledge of S4 HANA PM and CS area is preferred. \nKnowledge/experience of Sales and distribution is required \nKnowledge/experience of Project System module is preferred. \nMinimum two end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP \nAt least 1 years of functional experience in respective domains \nNice to have Skills:\nAbility to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts, define alternatives to remove technical roadblocks.\nExperience in leading globally distributed teams and working with multi-cultural environment\nAbility to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced ecosystem\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nHighly motivated, Self-starter\nAble to work with multicultural teams and able to cover different time zones\nGlobal rollout experience \nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\nThe Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: Digital Technology Experienced Professional -
