This role is pivotal in driving the roadmap for the Unified Customer Services Support Program, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems, and aligning business requirements with technical execution.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with technical depth, stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in enterprise platform delivery.\nAs a Technical Product Manager, you will also be responsible for:\n Roadmap Ownership Drive the strategic roadmap for Unified Customer Services Support, prioritizing enhancements, new features, and operational stability.\nProduct Enhancements Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.\nIntegration Management Oversee integrations with multiple upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data consistency, scalability, and automation.\nData Migration Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption to business operations.\nStakeholder Alignment Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and resolve issues/defects effectively.\nBacklog & Issue Tracking Maintain the product backlog and issue tracker, ensuring clear prioritization and timely resolution.\nRequirement Translation Translate business requirements into technical specifications and hand over to development teams for execution.\nRisk Management Identify potential risks, predict challenges, and define mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.\nTimeline & Delivery Prepare and manage delivery timelines, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within scope.\nDeployment Leadership Lead deployment activities for new functionalities, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the enterprise. \nFuel your passion!\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nProven 3-4 years' experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in enterprise platforms. Overall, 5-9 years of experience.\nStrong technical understanding of customer support platforms, integrations, and data migration.\nExperience managing backlogs, issue trackers, and agile delivery frameworks.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and process optimization.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
