You will apply fundamental electrical engineering principles to solve technical challenges, support project execution, and contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions for customers. Working across multiple disciplines, you will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements. \nAs an Engineer 1, Project Engineering - Electrical, you will be responsible for:\nSupporting the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, equipment, and products.\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop and deliver innovative customer solutions.\nSupporting the execution and delivery of large integrated engineering projects.\nCoordinating engineering activities to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.\nEvaluating and considering regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout project execution.\nWorking closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support project planning and execution.\nAssisting with supply chain coordination and program logistics activities to support successful project delivery.\nIdentifying and resolving technical issues through sound engineering practices, immediate action, and short-term planning.\n\nFuel your passion \nTo be successful in this role you will\nHave a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college with 3 years of experience.\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of fundamental electrical engineering principles and practices.\nHave knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, power electronics, instrumentation, or signal processing.\nPossess the ability to apply engineering concepts to solve problems of moderate complexity.\nHave experience working within engineering, technology, or product development environments.\nDemonstrate proficiency in engineering tools, materials, products, and processes.\nPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nHave effective oral and written communication skills.\nDemonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.\nShow commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. \nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
